Note :
- Monthly Rent Should be Paid on or before 5 th Day of Every Month. If failed pay on due date, Penalty Rs. 100 Per day will be deduct from Advance Refund.
- One Month Prior Notice should be given before leaving otherwise Advance Amount will not be refunded
